Reputation loss on local labour market, caused mainly by political performance review processes and badly performed layoffs earlier 2025. Every CTO visit is literally causing panic in the office, people just afraid further layoffs. They do promote a quick firing culture on the daily basis. You can get fired for whatever reason and your voice is not being heard. PR stats driven culture. HR are not supportive at all, they play against people. The company is unable to attract top talent anymore due to the above. Weak local senior leadership.
