      Workload, flexibility, freedom, exposure, opportunities. The workload is fair, the job offers flexibility in how you work (freedom is included), and there is a lot of exposure internally to new opportunities. You can learn a lot and do a lot of cool things.

      Cons

      Bad timing due to stock market. If you joined last year you got f’d.
