      People - The support engineers are the best I worked with Product - product that works, simple. Truly managed cloud database. Leadership - messaging is consistent, no BS, super creative, action-oriented Benefits- Snowday, unlimited PTO etc

      Weekly releases are a challenge to customers and the support org.
