Very worst company to work. Go for any alternative offer if you have. Lots , lots and a lots of politics. Very unprofessional cultures . India- Bangalore employees are never even considered that they exist in the team. Even if employee leaves the organization, it is never even announced in the team , you will know only when that person writes a thank you email. Please never accept the offer , if even you want to accept it , go for any other locations , a big NO to India offices Company accepts candidates only from one particular company. No diversification No integrity No hikes (From the time you have joined and until you stay in the company, never think about the word "HIKE" --Not in your dreams you get to see your hikes) No employee Centric Managers are never bothered to address their engineer problems.
