I made the move to snowflake during a very unstable time in the tech space (under a year ago). However I knew I couldn't say no to joining! I've never been this happy working for a company, working for a leader, or with my team. There's a sense of community that you don't really get these days which is huge. Leadership is pretty amazing and the product is unreal.
