Pros
Snowflake is a fantastic company with the best folks within the industry working towards a common goal. I was ecstatic to be a part of an elite selling organization where I felt both supported and set up for success.
Cons
Snowflake is continuing to add structure as the organization continues to grow. This can lead to significant changes on short notice, which can inhibit efficiency, but is merely growing pains of any organization.
