This is not necessarily a bad thing, but working at Snowflake is not easy. As the title suggests, this company is not suitable for everyone, and as seen in other reviews written by former employees who decided to leave, it is a fast-paced environment: Expect to work outside your comfort zone constantly. If you like it, this is the place for you (I love it) Some managers are not good leaders, but it is the same everywhere. Fortunately, there are also great leaders in Snowflake, and if you are lucky enough, you will work with them.
