Pros
During my time at Snowflake pre-IPO, I learned so much and was genuinely excited to come to work everyday (virtually). Everyone I worked with was passionate about their projects, and everyone believed in the mission of the organization. The sense of community and the commitment to learning and development far exceeded any expectation I had when I joined. It was definitely an exciting time to be with the organization. My internship with Snowflake also helped me land a role in the same career area - but different industry - after I graduated.
Cons
Had little experience in the tech space before I joined, so it took me longer to understand the product and landscape than my peers - but that wasn't a con for Snowflake. Sharing advice for others!
