They have a good story to tell and lots of room for growth

The recruiter had given me a joining date and the hiring manager had gone to the extent of discussing accounts and opportunities that he wanted me to take over upon joining only to tell me a few days later that they are going with someone else. In a way things worked out for the good as I wouldn't want to work with people that run their business in this way.
