      I started at Snowflake earlier this year, and have already identified many opportunities for growth. Although a public company, there is still a lot of room for innovation on many teams, and a great opportunity for those seeking to grow quickly in their careers to gain hands-on experience.

      The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

      Cons

      Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
