Great company that is revamping its employee strategy. If you love outdoor recreation, this is the place to be in the mid-Atlantic market.

Cons

Remote. Some people enjoy the remote qualities away from the cities, but it takes some getting used to. Employee housing can be difficult to find.

This is a beautiful picturesque place. The work is fun because it usually involves skiing or biking to some extent. Cool people around.

Cons

Management is literally all related. They promote people from WV over anyone. If you have a college degree and 15 years experience, a WV high school grad will get the promotion over you. But this place is not supposed to be a career. Because most mid management is under qualified they tend to develop cliques. If you’re smart you tend to be out, and if you are out you are definitely out. Not a bad place for a year or two between real life.
