Cons
Upper management makes what seems to be outrageous decisions without explaination which is their right. It does cause great concern amongst the employees about the future of Snowshoe. Communication is seriously lacking and last minute decisions seem to be the only decisions. There are departments that receive more attention and support than others. This causes a great deal of frustration. Lately alot of positions have been moved around with the take it or leave it additude. People moved into positions where they have no prior experience which sets them up to fail. The Barrack Obama additude seems to be prevalent. A Czar additude.
