Pros

The majority of the bosses are great to work for. Most are overall laid back. The location of the resort is beautiful. Health benefits for full time employees is not bad for the area.

Cons

The resort is located in a very secluded area and more than likely, you will not get any cellular signal. The pay is low. They don't drug test for most positions, some of my co-workers would openly use on the job.

This is a beautiful picturesque place. The work is fun because it usually involves skiing or biking to some extent. Cool people around.

Cons

Management is literally all related. They promote people from WV over anyone. If you have a college degree and 15 years experience, a WV high school grad will get the promotion over you. But this place is not supposed to be a career. Because most mid management is under qualified they tend to develop cliques. If you’re smart you tend to be out, and if you are out you are definitely out. Not a bad place for a year or two between real life.
