      Pros

      Salary - they have highly paid union positions. They train you for promotion. You can enter into management easier than most companies. Hiring is based on testing and not favoritism. Excellent benefits. Great work environment. Lots of company-paid family events. They have overtime and double time and a half holiday shifts.

      Cons

      They are super strict about being on time. Seniority sucks when you are new on the job if you want to work overtime.

      Pros

      Very DEI focused, so would be good if you are a minority or female candidate interested in STEM fields.

      Cons

      Currently going through layoffs due to shortfalls in budgeting allowed by the state. California has planned for decarbonization of the state, mid to long range outlook not promising. Currently requires 4 days in the office.
