Thank you for sharing your candid thoughts with us. We're disappointed to hear your experience at SoFi is not meeting your expectations. I'm glad that you find your compensation package to be competitive, but very sorry you don't feel you have work/life balance. We have put much thought, time and resources into our new performance check-in process, as well as our annual compensation analysis, merit and bi-annual promotion cycle, and the experience you've mentioned is not in line with our expectations.
I want to assure you that we genuinely care about your feedback and overall experience at SoF, and would like to try to turn things around. If you're willing, I'd love to speak with you 1:1 about your concerns. Please feel free to reach out to me directly on your own time if this is something you'd be interested in.
