- More and more, it's starting to feel like everyone is in it for themselves.
- Culture is taking a stark nosedive. After repeating that the company will have the "best culture in the world" for years, it wasn't even included as an initial priority for next year-instead added in as an afterthought, which further emphasizes the company is all talk and no action. There is way to much going on programming wise that we can't take advantage of because of the workloads,
- There has been an over-the-top emphasis on D&I but it's all show and no true authentic progress. Ask the people of color about their experience.
- True lack of effective leadership, especially on the HR front. Employees are left in the dark about whether or not we will be allowed to continue working remotely or flexibly after Covid, making it extremely difficult to make any personal plans. Different leaders give different answers, making it very confusibng. No monetary support from the company to set up home offices
- company operates out of fear, employees are not trusted or empowered, no curageous conversations in sight
