We really value your perspective, and sincerely appreciate that you've taken the time to share a review of your experience working at SoFi.
We are sorry to hear that our scheduling shifts are not working for you. As we have transitioned a vast majority of our workforce to a remote environment, and in order to handle increased requests for member support, we have had to make scheduling changes to remain agile and respond to volume accordingly. That said, we hope you feel empowered to voice your concerns about bidding to your manager or PBP. In true SoFi fashion, we are always looking to iterate on processes. Our Inside Sales job descriptions do reference the job includes responding to applicants inbound inquiries via phone regarding SoFi Products, as well as outbound communication to those who have shown an interest in learning more about our company.
