We frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance. Additionally, we have a semi-annual performance check-in program where bonus payouts are determined by individual performance. We hear you on the 401k match and rest assured this is top of mind for our Benefits team as we continue to evaluate our benefit offerings. You may know that this year we have formalized an Internal Mobility program, which is designed to help our employees move around the organization. Lastly, we aim to create a consistently positive member experience with every interaction, and in order to do so, we set very specific metrics - all employees are provided metrics and evaluated against them on an ongoing basis, with a formal review each quarter. Every employee is held to the same set of metrics and we strive to give everyone the training and tools they need to meet and exceed expectations.
