We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback - it's the only way we will continue to improve and achieve our ambitions of becoming a 'best place to work' caliber company. We're happy to hear you felt our benefits were competitive. That said, most of your comments around feedback are troubling to hear and are not indicative of the culture we are trying to build. The top priority for our new Learning and Development team is Manager Excellence, and part of the manager curriculum we're developing is to create trainings and resources so managers know how to build a culture of feedback on their teams. We know that having an amazing culture starts with our leaders, and we're committed to giving them the tools, training, and resources so they can best support their teams.
