While we're glad to hear you are enjoying some of the benefits we offer employees (they were built with you in mind!) we're disappointed that you feel neutral about your overall experience working at SoFi. We have grown a lot over the last few years, partly because of the acquisitions we have made, which we believe were the right decisions to ensure SoFi's continued success. Like many companies over the past year, we have not been immune to small reductions in our workforce - these extremely difficult decisions are not taken lightly.
