We’re sorry to hear that your experience was affected by scheduling changes, staffing challenges, and concerns around management systems and trust. Opening and growing a new center comes with real operational complexity, but that does not lessen the importance of listening to team members, improving communication, and building systems that help staff feel supported in their work.
