Regarding scheduling, we understand how changes and hour fluctuations can be frustrating. Our scheduling needs shift based on client and employee availability, which can create challenges in maintaining consistency. Over the past few months, we’ve been focusing on refining our scheduling processes to reduce these issues and promote greater predictability for our teams. We hope those efforts are making a difference, and your input helps guide us in continuing that progress.
In terms of breaks, we want to assure you that we follow Colorado’s labor laws and strive to provide appropriate break times while balancing client care. We also have a standardized assessment and promotion system, where all employees are fairly evaluated. We take these types of concerns from our staff seriously and put meaningful time into gathering feedback and creating systems that support our staff.
