Pros
Kids were fun, got to travel around the city a lot, had some awesome co workers.
Cons
The owner/director is awful, you can't help but be uncomfortable around him, he doesn't hold up to his "core values", little pay and expected to work 50+ hours, very unorganized and had plenty of structure problems, was told I didn't have to work weekend but then I was forced to, no benefits at all, just an overall bad experience.
