Pros
-Working with kids is always a bonus, as they really add some joy to your day. -Seeing the kids grow week after week was a nice thing to see. -Teaching kids things like "respect other's" was sweet.
Cons
All the cons are with the company, especially the person they hired to overlook the Albuquerque area. -Did not file any paperwork before starting training. Was brought on immediately and was promised money for "training hours," but did not recieve full compensation. -"Executive Director" here was nuts, Was trying way to hard to push numbers and train coaches in under 1 week so that they could open up new locations ASAP. -"Executive Director" was unorganized and if you wanted to chat during the day they would get back to you in about 3-4 buisness days. -Curriculum was a lot to learn and the "Executive Director" was of no help. After finishing my "training" I had to teach a group of kids by myself. Luckily, I had another coach with me, but the "Executive Director" did not even give us the right attendance. So we had no clue which kids were new here or were here from the previous week(s) that they were trained by our "Executive Director."
