Pros

Room for some growth and to try new things, (mostly) great coworkers, snacks

Cons

Where to start? No matter how hard you work or how good a job you do, your efforts will be meaningless because the company is badly managed. CEO rarely listens to feedback or offers positive reinforcement to employees. He seems to blindly trust a few people and approach everyone else with extreme doubt. It felt like we were never trusted to properly do our jobs. He has made some progress but not enough. Vacation/sick policy is terrible. Pay is low.

Pros

Real value proposition and differentiation in the marketplace. Quality employees. 24/7 coverage and progress with employees across 3 continents. CEO is one of the most hard working guys I have seen and really knows the industry. Most people really care (and that's what makes it all worth it).

Cons

Parking. High calorie snacks. Baggage and some really bad past hires.

Pros

I will use glassdoor's pointers for this one because I can't think of any otherwise:- 1. Company Values:- It has to go in cons. 2. Benefits:- HMO only. No PPO. Must have been implemented because of compulsory requirements of Federal government. 3. Personal Growth:- Seriously, I won't even go there! 4. Few colleagues who are good people but they aren't able to stick there for long obviously. One thing I do wonder in last 2 reviews I read on here, who are they! Because they have to be imaginary!

Cons

1. Products:- Really bad! Some former clients who had to go through the implementation process can vouch for it. 2. Team:- The guys who work with the offshore team work really hard day and night, but with that much input still producing malfunctioning products makes me wonder, if the technology guys are any good at all. 3. Compensation:- Lower than the market for most part. One thing I have to agree is they are a lucky bunch to have any growth at all by selling horribly copied and malfunctioning products. They really can bluff and sell the prospective clients. They are upto bluffing investors into it too. I have to laugh at that if they get successful at that too.
