Pros

Coworkers are great for the most part if they all haven't left by now. VP management makes things better and if you are working in their departments, the buffer between the CEO makes life much more manageable. It is a good place to learn about eCommerce and the industry, but not a good place to experience working at a start up.

Cons

All of the cons of working at a start up with none of the perks. Long hours (no consideration for your personal life and time, especially if you are working as a Client Implementation Manager or developer), no positive feedback (or any that you get from the CEO feels fake and forced), salaries that are far below market value and only false promises for the possibility of a salary increase or bonuses (BEWARE if you are interviewing and CEO offers the chance to earn more later via a "review" process. The likelihood of you getting the raise, even if you achieve the required checkpoints, are slim to none), and NO COMPANY CULTURE. There hasn't been any allocation in the budget for simple wellness events, and for an extended period of time, the CEO tried to cut on expenses by TAKING AWAY OUR WATER. Employees are not considered an asset and everyone is disposable in the eyes of the CEO. Because he doesn't care about keeping good talent, the company is rotting from the inside out.

Pros

Real value proposition and differentiation in the marketplace. Quality employees. 24/7 coverage and progress with employees across 3 continents. CEO is one of the most hard working guys I have seen and really knows the industry. Most people really care (and that's what makes it all worth it).

Cons

Parking. High calorie snacks. Baggage and some really bad past hires.

Pros

I will use glassdoor's pointers for this one because I can't think of any otherwise:- 1. Company Values:- It has to go in cons. 2. Benefits:- HMO only. No PPO. Must have been implemented because of compulsory requirements of Federal government. 3. Personal Growth:- Seriously, I won't even go there! 4. Few colleagues who are good people but they aren't able to stick there for long obviously. One thing I do wonder in last 2 reviews I read on here, who are they! Because they have to be imaginary!

Cons

1. Products:- Really bad! Some former clients who had to go through the implementation process can vouch for it. 2. Team:- The guys who work with the offshore team work really hard day and night, but with that much input still producing malfunctioning products makes me wonder, if the technology guys are any good at all. 3. Compensation:- Lower than the market for most part. One thing I have to agree is they are a lucky bunch to have any growth at all by selling horribly copied and malfunctioning products. They really can bluff and sell the prospective clients. They are upto bluffing investors into it too. I have to laugh at that if they get successful at that too.
