Pros
The LA office is still small, so anyone can make a mark - no matter what level. The company has ambitious growth goals, so initiative is important. And the CEO is only too happy if people take ownership. Contrary to a lot of reviews, he's only micromanaging those who aren't taking ownership. He's got enough on his plate where he would gladly have people manage him! Ditch your dress shoes. Work life balance is not really an issue. Good, pleasant, smart, people. Packed kitchen with enough snacks to keep anyone full. Very diverse for a small office. Location, Marina Del Rey, is pretty darn good for most.
Cons
There are a lot of products to learn at the outset, which can be daunting, but at the same time the products themselves aren't rocket science, so it just takes time. It's a start-up, so don't expect to be paid top dollar, but you'll learn a lot more in a short time.
