Pros

The only pros I can think of is the leave accrual and the fact that you’re helping people every day.

Cons

EVERYTHING . I would never recommend this place to my friends or family. It’s entirely to stressful, the workloads are out of hand for what they pay. The schedule is not flexible and they make you stay if people are still in the lobby, they completely disregard the fact that you have a family. They also give more work to the strongest people , which tires you out even more.

Everything's on a quota, heavy workload, dealing with irritated claimants—it's not really a legal job.

It is a difficult job to learn all aspects of case processing promptly.
