      Excellent health benefits and medical/vacation leave. Secure employment, low-stress work, freedom to slack off.

      Cons

      A crowd of low-performers, bullied by a union that facilitates the continued low performance of its employees. Management is completely oblivious to any concept of improvement and does develop talent or provide assistance to improve lower performance .
