      Federal Benefits, Flexible Hours

      Cons

      Very understaffed to the point of doing a disservice to the public and to the employees. Employees are abused by management and expected to do impossible workloads. Training for new employees is very patchy, many employees are expected to perform duties they've never been trained to do. T2 employees taking disability claims and vice versa.

      Everything's on a quota, heavy workload, dealing with irritated claimants—it's not really a legal job.
