Pros

Interesting work, opportunity to help others, career advancement opportunities, great leadership, yearly pay raises for several years early on.

Cons

The learning curve is very, very steep. The workload is nearly impossible to handle when you are a trainee. The agency provided training software is almost useless and a huge drain on time and energy. Starting pay is not commensurate with the hard work you do.
