Too many Cons, and not many Pros - Claim Specialist Social Security Administration Employee Review

Where should I start..??Daily stress, endless works, expect the unexpected daily. Promotion doesn't base on merit system or what you know, but rather who you know. Management will never deal with lazy employees, instead they give that person job to someone else to do (usually to hard working employees). So lazy still be lazy. Hard working employees will never get promoted because if they do, who will carry the entire unit/office?
