Cons
Many; Bad management that cannot adapt and gives a terrible workload expectations. Terrible co-workers that leverage not being fired to avoid work. When they avoid work - the work is transferred to you. Stressful interactions with the public. Stressful implementation of work, SSA is software and systems that DESPERATELY need to be upgraded. When they do upgrade we get horrid systems like something called CCE- which creates more work and stress.
