Cons
The training program is long, exhaustive, disorganized, and the staff does not seem to value those in the program. Schedules are not released timely and are changed at a moment's notice. Using annual or sick time is discouraged and often not approved. Constant threats of punitive action if test scores aren't above 75%. Training can last up to 2 years.
