Pros

Telework 2 days a week & great benefits. Easy to take a day off.

Cons

Terrible training. Customers are so rude and it’s hard because you barely get trained so don’t have a lot of answers. I lose sleep thinking about all of the things i have done wrong. Managers get mad when you have questions and you are told you shouldn’t ask a supervisor for help. The workload at this job is absolutely insane and the only way of staying on top of things is if you work overtime on Saturdays. If you start to get caught up on your work don’t worry!!! Your boss will send you more work that your coworkers are behind on. You’ll never be caught up or on track and you never get down time! Also if you go 10 seconds without answering the next phone call you’ll have a supervisor message you. Worst job i have ever had.
