Pros
The money, especially if you work in a well known city is great. The new Commissioner seems to be making changes for the better. He's trying to promote a balanced work and home life.
Cons
The stress is unnecessary. We are overworked and always understaffed. There is no advancement unless you know ppl or you are related to someone who is a higher up. Nepotism is a big thing within the agency. Training methods suck. You learn as you go along or once you're placed in the lion's den.
