management cares about numbers only. If you are an efficient employee as I am - you will be targeted by management for additional work loads, while others sit with headphones and binge watch shows on their phones. I hardly ever take a break and never get my full lunch. It is overload. Management continually helps out other offices at the expense of our office limited staff....half the staff is looking to jump ship.
