Pros

Fairly smooth hiring process. Manager had good professionalism and understanding. Decent amount of training. There are opportunities to climb up the ladder. Good cause in helping people navigate government benefits.

Cons

Understaff. Outdated systems were frustrating to work with as they were not user friendly and unreliable at times. Information and policies change often. Training could use an update as questions we received are often not covered in the training. Highly stressful work environment that needs a lot of patience and emotional capacity as clients/customers often get irate and verbally abusive. Information can be conflicted and not clear from one rep to another.
