Great pay and Automatic cost of living adjustments every year, plus moving up a pay grade every year of your employment anniversary. Great benefits and vacation/sick time off. You must be extremely organized and be flexible. Multitasking is key.
Cons
The claimants and customers can be quite overwhelming. Mostly because every office is severely understaffed.
