Cons
Agency has a lot of red tape + agency priorities shift every time SES leadership changes. Since dev projects take so long (when you follow preferred channels), systems are often already deprecated by the time they are released to Production. Leadership currently has zero compassion or care for its' understaffed workforce + ignores data on telework productivity to focus on traumatizing employees.
