Pension after 5 years lunch break 30 minutes Some good Supervisors Good time off Management

Cons

stressful phones all day calls can be difficult Management needs to be revamped inconsistent mentors that do not want train and makes the job difficult Did not learn everything in training which makes the calls difficult Expecting to be good at the job right after training Job location made me sick everyday
