You’re able to do flex schedule and take off when needed.
Cons
The pay is non-negotiable and usually isn’t enough unless overtime is offered which can be taken away at any time. The management just there for the title most times. And the training is usually never enough to do the job effectively even after 2 years. There is no culture there. They don’t even celebrate BHM. But celebrate Ninja Day?
