low pay 9.50/hour to start, no raises, poor benefits, many furlough days, high school like atmosphere and culture, many employees set in their ways don't like change, write ups and verbal warnings similar to high school, disorganized, understaffed management so low level staff get more and more responsibility but no added pay, will always tell you what you do wrong and rarely what you do right, stale atmosphere, old employees with seniority can seriously do wrong or very little and retain job, old staff not welcoming of new staff, complaining and ratting out other employees encouraged,
