Pros
Good work/life balance. Well... basically that's the whole companies moto towards employees. Flexible hours. Reasonable/good training for the position.
Cons
None or very strict career progression path. No plans for you whatsoever. Compensation pack below average compared to most companies. Wage and other benefits are below average for the positions. High employee turnover rates. Company don't retain talented employees (talking about other colleagues). No transparency towards the employees regarding raises and opportunities. It's supposed to keep you on a "rat race" with no end.
