Engaging role hindered by immature staff and management issues - Prison Officer Sodexo Employee Review

Some bad managers, but not all. Lots of young staff with limited life experience who learn negative behaviours, especially young females. Immature, high school/college environment amongst staff. Senior management very good but constrained and incentivised with cost cutting mentality and due to the nature of the contract push safety and costs to the absolute minimum.
