      Pros

      Benefits, RRSP matching, full work weeks. Food while on shift. Paid Vacation and sick days. Some chances to see other areas. You get lots of experiences that most places would have under Assistant Manager or Manager roll.

      Cons

      Senior Management do change what "Full Time" means. Told there are plenty of possibility for advancement, but rarely is it seen.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
