      Pros

      Great people and a real desire to improve the quality of life for our customers. Lots of innovative ways to manage performance and a drive to celebrate achievements of others. Varied roles available in a variety of diverse segments.

      Cons

      Sodexo is such a large organisation that communication can get a little lost from the top down, major structural changes are common and this can cause uncertainty.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
