      Pros

      Haven't seen any pros to staying with the company. Very poor pay and drama filled work environment. Too many bosses to staff ratio

      Cons

      Extremely poor pay and management. You get a 30 min lunch and no other breaks even when you are working 91/2 + hours. They use a blanket term of food service to not pay people that cook a cooks wage.

      Licensure fee reimbursement, CEU allowance, hired prior to RD credential with exam fee reimbursement, breakfast and lunch vouchers

      Good ethics, cafeteria and good place to work in general. I would recommand you also have lots of benefits to work there
