Pros
The best reason to work with this company was the pay, as a student it was well above minimum wage and the location that i was working at was the airport so it was pretty cool being there every shift.
Cons
The management took advantage of their employees, the majority of the employees were immigrants who felt like this job was the best they could get, and the management knew that. They would purposely rarely give people full time positions, yet give them full time hours to avoid a hefty benefits package.
