Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I'm not sure of your exact location, advancement is a big part of Sodexo culture. In the US, we have many examples of people moving from hourly roles to management and above. It may require you to move to a different unit, depending on the size and services at your current account, but I encourage you to work with HR to determine next steps in your career.

Pros

The work experience and professional networking.

Cons

The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
